Custom Fitness Programs + Consultations

    • This program contains a 4 week training program guide.

     

    • Fitness consulting through calls, direct message, and other mediums of contact are offered throughout the whole training routine based on individual need 
      • Typically we host around 2 - 3 contacts per week (one extensive consultation & one shorter check up)

     

    • It follows a researched and tested 5-day split routine for Hypetropthy training with a Push-Pull-Legs, and Upper/Lower Body training spli

     

    • Unique trainings have are offered throughout a 5-day training week

     

    • Sets x Reps are included, with distinct places to track weight lifted

     

    • Rest time is further included for guidance 

     

    • The program follows an Reps in Reverse ("RIR") scale which determines how much effort clients are expected to deliver for each exercise. This provides guidance as to how much energy must be included in each exercises.
